The Ephinjis write and perform evocative and powerful songs told through brutally honest lyrics and a relentless tidal wave of sound. The band is made up of Ivan Armendariz (Guitar/Vocals), Christian Armendariz  (Drums) and Alexandra Flynn (Bass/Vocals).

Opium play post-punk that’s bound to make your deepest pain resurface. With their melodic, and at times, chaotic sound, they’ll remind you of The Cure and Slowdive in all the right ways. Opium rehearse and hang out right here at Dog House Music and are currently working on their debut album.

The End Lafayette is an intimate 75-person live music venue nestled inside the recording studios of Dog House Music just outside of Boulder, CO. Our shows are intimate affairs where each guest is invited into the recording studio to experience our playground of musical magic. Many of the bands and artists on stage have written, rehearsed, and recorded their music right from the studio you'll be standing in! We support and promote Colorado bands and artists who are creating and re-inventing the Colorado music scene, and we invite you into the studio to have a listen!
