By procuring services from Dog House Music Studios, including rehearsals, recording services, production, videography, and live streaming (audio and video), you hereby agree to the following cancellation and rescheduling policies:

Rehearsal cancellation + rescheduling policy | If you need to cancel or reschedule your rehearsal in our Practice Studios or Stage Studio A, please contact us at info@doghousemusic.com or 720-864-0650 at least 48 hours ahead of your session start time in order to successfully reschedule your session OR receive a full refund. Failure to cancel your rehearsal at least 48 hours ahead of your rehearsal start time will result in the forfeit of your rehearsal session and a refund or option to reschedule will not be provided.

Recording, videography, and live stream cancellation + rescheduling policy | If you need to cancel or reschedule your recording session, mixing session, video shoot, or live stream booking, please contact us at info@doghousemusic.com or 720-864-0650 at least 14 days ahead of your session in order to successfully reschedule your session OR receive a full refund. Failure to cancel your recording, videography, or live stream booking at least 14 days ahead of your session start time will result in the forfeit of your studio session and a refund or option to reschedule will not be provided.
