Nate Barnes

Nate has over 15 years experience playing drums, and is also well versed in guitar and bass. He comes from a rock, funk, latin and jazz background, and is currently studying songwriting and guitar at the Berklee College Of Music’s online school. Nate is a founding member and drummer of Rose Hill Drive, and also gigs with Dualistics, a Denver-based progressive pop band. He co-wrote and co-produced two studio albums with RHD: “Rose Hill Drive” and “Moon Is The New Earth”; RHD’s song “Sneak Out” was selected to be in Guitar Hero 5. Nate has toured the world with RHD headlining shows and opening for The Who, Van Halen, Aerosmith, The Back Crowes, Wilco, Jane’s Addiction, Queens Of The Stone Age, and Gov’t Mule among others; he has also performed on “Late Night With Conan O’Brien.” Nate was a session drummer for many TV commercials including sessions for Ford, McDonald’s, Dish Network, Victory Motorcycles and Re-Max, and is endorsed by Ludwig Drums, Sabian Cymbals, and Vic Firth Sticks.
